The above is a summary of insurance plans accepted by Northwest Georgia Dermatology and is subject to change. If you do not see your insurance company listed above, we recommend that you contact them to verify Northwest Georgia Dermatology is considered an in network provider under your individual plan. You may prefer to call them before contacting us to schedule an appointment.

Your insurance may not cover procedures and/or medications. Patients will be fully responsible for any non-covered services, services deemed medically unnecessary, denied services, health insurance deductibles and co-insurance payments.

Please verify a referral or pre-authorization from your primary care physician or insurance company is provided to Northwest Georgia Dermatology (if required by your insurance) before scheduling an appointment.

We do accept Worker’s Compensation cases as long as proper documentation for the claim process is provided on or before your scheduled appointment.

We do accept patients that are SELF-PAY. For these patients, services are offered at a discounted rate and cash or credit/debit card payment (no checks) is required at the time of service. Please contact our office for further details regarding our self-pay policy.
